Conditions of Sale
Please read these general conditions of sale carefully. Accepting quotes or making a purchase presupposes full knowledge and acceptance.
Company Identification: Electrosertec – Electrónica e Serviços Técnicos. Lda. NIF 502478519, hereinafter referred to as ‘Sertec’.
1 – Pedido de Orçamento
• Quote requests can be made via online form, e-mail, telephone or letter, and will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Quotations are sent by e-mail or letter, depending on the means used for the Purchase Order or by the means indicated by the Costumer.
2 – Orders
• Orders can be placed online or by e-mail, telephone, or letter.
• Orders are confirmed by e-mail with a description of the products ordered and an estimated delivery time. In the event of a stock shortage, the costumer is informed of the deadline for restocking and can decide to keep or cancel the order.
• The delivery address must be accompanied by a contact telephone number to ensure an alternative means of communication with the costumer.
• Deliveries not made by the carrier due to the customer’s absence or incorrect address may be subject to an additional charge for reshipment, depending on each carrier’s policy.
•Products are delivered with the Delivery Note and/or Invoice.
3 – Payments
Online orders are always paid in advance using the payment methods available in the online shop. Orders placed by other means are paid in cash or according to previously negotiated conditions.
Existing payment methods: APT at our premisses, cash at our premises, bank transfer, cheque, PayPal, or MBWay.
4 – Returns
• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Any return must be notified in advance by e-mail, telephone or letter, stating the reason for the return.
At the time of return, the costumer must check that the product:
• is packed in its original packaging
• the original packaging in intact
• shows no signs of use
• is complete
• a copy of the sales document is included
Returns will not be accepted for products that:
• do not fulfil the criteria described above.
• have been abused: used beyond their limit, disassembled.
•are sent in collect delivery and/or without a return code.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
• The cost of shipping to our premisses is the responsability of the costumer.
5 – Exports
• All products are available for export, subject to the distributio restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.
• According to current legislation, all customers outside the European area are not subject to VAT. In all such cases, VAT will be deducted from the products ordered.
6 – Warranty
• All products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufactiring defects; products that show evidence of having been musused are not covered by the guarantee.
• The guarantee does not cover shipping costs. There is, however, a tacit agreement whereby the costumer pays the return postage in the product and Sertec pays the postage to the costumer.
